We request, authenticate, and deliver your Korea Entry-Exit Record Certificate to you, anywhere in the world. It is a complete record of every date you entered and left Korea, and your total cumulative days stayed.
Officially: 출입국사실증명 / Certificate of Entry & Exit, issued by the Ministry of Justice (Immigration Office).
This service is for anyone who has entered and left Korea and now needs an authenticated record of that travel history — including former visa holders establishing residence duration for a foreign visa, tax residency, or citizenship application. You do not need a Korean bank account, Korean mobile number, or Digital Certificate (Joint Certificate) — a signed power of attorney and identity verification are enough for us to request the certificate on your behalf.
There are two ways to get a Korean Entry-Exit Record Certificate authenticated for use abroad once you've left Korea.
Option 1 — Handle it yourself. You can request the certificate directly from the Immigration Office (which requires Korean identity verification, and in many cases an in-person visit or a Korean-resident representative), then bring it to Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs for an Apostille, or to your destination country's embassy or consulate in Korea for Consular Confirmation. This is possible without a service, but it typically requires a trip back to Korea or a Korean resident acting on your behalf.
Option 2 — Use GetKoreanDocs. We request the certificate on your behalf, complete the Apostille or Consular Confirmation, and ship the finished document to you internationally, without you needing to set foot in Korea.
Covers issuance and Hague Apostille certification, for destination countries that are Hague Convention members.
For destination countries that are not Hague Convention members. Final pricing depends on your destination country's embassy or consulate in Korea, and is confirmed during your consultation.
